Amend a Booking

At MBW Meet & Greet, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer flexible booking options to give you added peace of mind.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before travel: Receive a full refund, minus a £10.00 cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours of travel: A credit note will be issued (valid for future use), minus a £25.00 administrative fee. This covers staff and resources allocated to your booking.

Amendments & Extra Days

• Additional parking days will be charged at our daily rate. (may vary due to capacity and seasonal fluctuations)
• All amendments and cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: contact@mbwparking.co.uk
• Your request is only valid once confirmed by a member of our team.
• All charges must be settled in full before your vehicle is returned to you.
